There is almost nothing better than fresh salmon in the Pacific Northwest.  Most people enjoy eating it however, many are not comfortable cooking it at home. Join Chef Hend Yahya, in this hands-on class, as she demystifies salmon by teaching you how quick and easy it is to prepare amazing, picture perfect salmon in your own kitchen.  She will enlighten you as to what to look for when shopping for salmon and how to prepare it in order to wow your family or guests every time. You will also make a fresh grilled corn and summer vegetable succotash to accompany your salmon.  Lastly, Chef Hend will teach you how to create a hand formed, rustic berry galette for dessert.
