This 2 day camp is designed for kids ages 8-12.

Camp runs Thursday 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM

In the Traveling Cookie Bakeshop Chef Hend Yahya will teach your kids how to combine the sweet flavors of the world into delicious treats.  In this hands-on experience your kids will bake cookies from all over the world and no passport is needed.  As a traveling chef they will learn techniques unique to various regions and bake a few non-cookie treats as they explore the world.  Each day they will bring home tasty souvenirs to share with family and friends.

Moroccan Crescent Cookies and Basbousa Cake (semolina coconut cake soaked in simple syrup)

• All classes are taught by a culinary professional with 2 adult assistants.
• No prior cooking experience is required, just an interest to learn.
• For safety reasons, please tie long hair back and wear closed-toed shoes.
• Students will be working with milk, flour, butter and eggs, we are unable to accommodate students with allergies to working with gluten, dairy or eggs.
