This class is designed for kids ages 8-12.

Spend a fun morning getting into the holiday spirit! Pastry Chef Thanh Tang will teach your kids how to make his favorite holiday candy recipes. Your child will learn how to caramelize butter and sugar, use a candy thermometer, melt chocolates and other candy making skills resulting in foolproof results. Hand selected, kid tested favorites are on the menu for this class. At Whisk, we make learning fun while building confidence and pride in kids. They will sample their candies in class and take the rest home to share.

-All classes are taught by a culinary professional with 2 adult assistants.
-No prior cooking experience is required, just an interest to learn.
-For safety reasons, please tie long hair back and wear closed toed shoes.
-Students will be working with butter so we are unable to accommodate students with allergies to working with dairy.
