However, most restaurants don’t serve the classic street foods which can be found dotting the streets of Mexico City and the country at large. Mexican dishes are known for their bold and spicy flavors, colorful presentation and use of fresh ingredients. In this hands-on class, Chef Gino Garcia will take you on a gastronomic journey through the streets of Mexico. You will not only learn how simple it is to make tortillas from scratch but salsas as well.
