These mini delights, with a crisp shell and scrumptious filling are now loved all around the world. In this hands-on class, Chef Vindi Rathnayake will teach you how to make pâtisserie quality tartlets at home. It is simpler than you think. Chef Vindi will guide you through three tartlets, each with a different filling and topping. You will master pâte sablée (shortbread pastry dough) and learn numerous pastry skills including how to make custard, glazes, ganache, curd and Italian meringue. You will make a dozen tartlets, enough to share with family and friends!
